Garages are the most common by a distance, but we also coat workshops, sunrooms, laundry and mud rooms, and open interior spaces where the concrete is the finished floor. If there is timber, tile, or carpet down, that has to come up first and the slab underneath has to be sound. We will tell you what is realistic when we come out.

The difference is almost entirely in preparation. A hardware store kit gives you an etching solution; we run a diamond grinder with dust extraction to open the concrete mechanically. The slab has to be completely clear. That means vehicles out, anything stored on the floor moved, and shelving or freestanding units relocated. Wall-mounted cabinets and overhead racks can usually stay where they are. We will confirm exactly what needs moving when we come out to measure, so there are no surprises on the morning of the install.

Very little is required. Sweep or dust mop as needed, and clean with a mop and a mild cleaner. The surface is seamless and stain resistant, so oil, spills, and dirt lift off rather than soaking in. Avoid dragging sharp metal edges across it and use a pad under jack stands or heavy equipment. That is genuinely the whole maintenance routine.
