Our quote forms ask for your name, phone number, and email address. They also ask about the project itself: the type of space, its rough size, your timeline, and optionally the project address. If you call, text, or email us, we keep what you send so we can answer it.

We only ask for what we need to prepare an estimate and schedule the work. Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or Social Security numbers through the website forms.

Like most websites, ours records basic technical details when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and it tells us which pages and services people find useful.

We do not sell your personal information. When you submit a form or give us your number, you agree that we may contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling us, or by replying STOP to a text. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop messages about work already scheduled.

Cookies keep the site working properly and let us see aggregate traffic patterns. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. The site still works if you do, though some features may behave differently.

If you reach our site from an online ad, your browser's local storage keeps the ad campaign details and click ID from that link for up to 90 days. If you then send us a quote request, those details are included with it so we can see which advertising works. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which tells real visitors apart from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to satisfy our legal, warranty, tax, and insurance obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to confirm whether we process your information and to opt out of targeted advertising. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections between your browser and our site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other websites, such as Google reviews and maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
